That Solicitor Hugh M. Dorsey, now studying the case in Valdosta, will announce ready when the hearing for a new trial for Leo M. Frank is called Saturday before Judge

When the solicitor and his assistant, E. A. Stephens, left Saturday for Valdosta, both made it appear that the week was to be devoted to the case and from their remarks,

the believe became general that they believed that by devoting all their time to the case they could get ready.

The solicitor realizes that the criminal business of superior court is hanging back on the Frank case and knowing that the jail is crowded with prisoners who are costing

the county about $600 per month for food, he is anxious to finish the Frank case and get to his routine work.

No new affidavits have been made public by the defense and the greater part of the fight appears to be over the attacks on Jurors A. H. Henslee and Marcus Johenning.

On Tuesday the Sparta men who accused Henslee of expressing bias before the trial reiterated their claim. They are John M. Holmes, S. M. Johnson and Shi Gray. Henslee

continued to claim that he made remarks about his belief in Frank's guilt only after the case was over. He also declares he is going to have Julius Lehman indicted, claiming

that Lehman tried to make him out a perjurer.
