The Atlanta Journal Saturday, May 24th, 1913 (Page 3, Column 4, Top) Says He Will Not Allow Himself to Be Drawn Into Row of Attorney and Detectives Solicitor General Hugh M. Dorsey said Saturday morning relative to the Felder affair: "This controversy will have no bearing on the prosecution of any one who may be indicted in the Phagan case. I have no reasons to question the good faith and sincerity of Colonel Thomas B. Felder. Also, I am certain the city detectives are not ‘double-crossing' or misleading me as has been suggested."
