Colyar, waiting upon the grand jury's summons as a witness, Thursday morning at the court house, was arrested by deputies from the sheriff's office, adjoining the grand jury room. The deputies exhibited a warrant from Knoxville, Tenn., charging forgery alleged to have been committed several years ago. No requisition accompanied the warrant. The sheriff wired to Knoxville that a requisition must be filed and approved within a reasonable time or he will release Colyar. Colyar was not jailed.
